What Does the Chariot Card Mean for You?

Happy July everyone, since we’re now in July, we’re officially in cancer season. So in the spirit of celebrating cancers, we’re going to dive into the meaning of the chariot tarot card. What does this card mean for love, career, and health? Well, read on to find out, you’re chariot awaits!

Description

The chariot card has a royal and powerful-looking figure that’s sitting on a chariot, being pulled by horses or sphynx. The figure is also seen holding either a sword or a wand in their hand.

This card is all about overcoming conflicts and leading yourself in a positive direction. Life will continue to throw new conflicts your way, but you have the strength to overcome them. Remember that asking for help or guidance is nothing to be ashamed of. So when this card shows itself to you, be sure to take the time to reflect and persevere.

Upright

Love

Don’t we all want control over our lives? Well, if the chariot card appears upright, this is a sign to take control of your love life. Have you been flirting with someone for a while now, but aren’t in an official relationship? Take charge. Have this conversation with the person, so you both can be honest about what you want in the relationship.

The unknown is an unnerving place to be, but taking charge can also be unnerving too. However, taking charge of a situation and overcoming the conflicts in your life is something you won’t regret. You can only go up from here, so follow the chariot card and ride over your conflicts.

Career

Conflicts in the work business are very common and come with any job. When the chariot card pops up, this may indicate that you are on the right track to succeed and flourish in your job. You have all the tools you need, but if you’re thinking about asking for a pay raise, promotion, or wanting to try a new position, this is your sign to go for it. Let your confidence and desire to further yourself lead you to take the leap of faith and go get what you want.

It’s definitely nerve-racking to talk to your hire-ups about switching things up, but you are your biggest advocate. You need to do what’s right for you and what will lead you on the path to success. So take charge, stand your ground and speak up for what you want in your career. You never know what might happen, and you may surprise yourself too.

Health

Our health is the most important thing we have, but when it comes to doing our due diligence in making doctor’s appointments for check-ups and when we’re feeling under the weather, we could all do better. Take this chariot card as a sign to get on top of your health. Health issues that may seem small and not that big of a deal now may turn into something more serious down the line. This card is telling you to take those issues off the back burner and talk with your doctor to address those issues now.

Nobody likes having to go through the hassle of setting up an appointment, waiting in those rooms for a while, and then trying and explain the health issues you’ve been having in the hopes of getting results. However, it needs to be done. You deserve to live a healthy life. You know your body better than anyone, so when something feels wrong, go take care of it. Advocate for yourself and overcome this conflict. Stay happy and healthy!

Reversed

Love

There’s nothing wrong with being head over heels in love, but when it gets to a point where you’re ignoring other people or responsibilities, you may need to take a step back and reevaluate. A reversed chariot card indicates that your desire for love is so strong that you’re putting everything else on hold.

Wanting to be loved is never a bad thing, however, you can’t ignore everything else in your life due to that. There’s so much in your life that’s just as important, so if this card shows up reversed, take it as a sign to step back and take a look at who and what you’ve been ignoring in your pursuit of love.

Career

For your career, this card can indicate that you may feel a lack of direction or control. Is there a conflict at work that’s overwhelming you? Do you feel like it’s time for something to change? Then take this as your sign to reevaluate your situation and what you actually want out of your career.

Health

If a reversed health card appears before you, this may signify a sense of motivation and feeling energized. While this is great, just be sure to take it easy sometimes and not push yourself too hard. You don’t want that newfound energy and motivation to suddenly disappear because you’re burnt out.

Pay attention to what your body is telling you. It’s important to do the best we can in our busy lives to take care of our bodies, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. It’s definitely not an easy thing to remember every single day, but doing what you can to make any improvement is all that matters.
